Outreach Awareness Activities
This approach provides direct interaction with the target audience. This can be one-to-group (e.g. lectures) or one-to-one (e.g. counselling or home visits). It is a very good tool to adopt when the client’s objective is behavior change because the message is more detailed and there is a chance for a two-way communication. This approach is also used to address fears and concern of the target audience, and consequently convince them to adopt a new behavior and/or quit another.
What can we offer?
We can prepare the message and the content of activity (e.g. lecture), train the staff to conduct the activity, suggest tools to identify fears and concerns, and solutions to address them.
